WEEKE ABD 100 Optimat: Designed for horizontal drilling, gluing and inserting small or large capacity studs. Constructed on a sturdy welded steel base. The main horizontal beams hold the boring head carriage and the glue / water injector. The machine is configured for a diameter of 8 mm. 35mm long studs (additional stud sizes optional), automatic vibrating feed hopper. Two separate stations allow two parts to be processed independently on the left or right stops as well as one large part as needed without additional configuration. The software allows the design of programs with an automatic mirror image. The X axis is computer controlled and positioned via a large diameter precision ball screw and heavy duty double rail linear guides. The height adjustment of the aggregates is done using manual adjustment with precision digital readout.
