Description
  • a hydraulic unit
  • a hydraulic tightening tool with a control handle mounted on a carriage moving along the support barrier of the clamps
  • a hydraulic rotation motor and speed reducer with forward / backward control lever
  • a valve to adjust the tightening torque, depending on the thickness of the material and the center-to-center distance between the clamps (as established by the tightening tables); which allows perfectly calibrated tightening, regardless of the thickness of the panels
  • a support barrier with pneumatic opening
  • a presser foot mounted on a carriage whose pressing and withdrawal are activated by a pneumatic cylinder allowing a vertical pressure of the presser foot that can reach up to 750 lbs.
  • compressed air consumption of only 3 cubic feet / minute
  • 8.5ft width with 8 sections of 6 greenhouses of 32 ”by 2½".
