Head configuration:
• 1st Head: Steel 10 ″ helical grooved contact roller with single speed 25 kW (35 HP) motor.
• 2nd Head: 10 ″ Grooved rubber (55 Shore) contact roller, Two Speed 22 kW (30 HP) motor.
• 3rd Head: Electronic Sectional Platen with (37) sectors for Veneer Sanding. Variable speed with inverter on 15 kW (20 HP) motor.

Sanding Belt width 1,350 mm x length 2,620 mm (53 ″ x 103 ″), same on all (3) Heads.

Feed system:
• Motor 3 kW (4 HP), variable feed speeds 3 - 18 m / Min (10 - 60 FPM), natural rubber feed belt 60 Shore, automatic feed belt tracking and tensioning device, motorized rise and fall of working table. Part thickness 3 mm (0.1 ″) to 160 mm (6.3 ″).
