- The H49 is a horizontal point drilling insertion machining center.
- It is designed for the CNC to position the spindle, end in a hole, then CNC position the insert, inject glue or water (for pre-glued dowels), and pull the dowel into the hole.
- A part is placed in the work area with reference to the rear and side fences. The green palm button is pressed and the clamps secure the part in place. Machining is now ready to begin in the work area. There are 2 standard zones in the basic model H-49 allowing the treatment of the pendulum. While the part is being machined, the other zone can be loaded and queued for machining.
The H49 performs the following functions:
- Horizontal Boring
- Glue insertion
- Insertion of ankles
Standard features:
- CNC control X axis for positioning
- 4 clamping units
- Digital mechanical readings for height and depth
- Our standard sealed glue injection system injects glue or water with little to no maintenance
- Small footprint to conserve floor space
- 18,000 RPM High Frequency 1 HP Direct Drive Spindle
- 2 zones
- 1600 lb solid base
- 10 "color touchscreen PC for programming and program execution
- 49 "working field
- 1/2 '' machined aluminum worksurface
Advantages of the H49:
- Elimination of complicated machine setup
- Quick and precise assembly
- Save production time on routers
- CNC and point to points by changing boredom and piloting to H49-H49 software
