• This Cefla spray-on finish line was used primarily as a topcoat and to seal the cabinet door and front frame parts. It can be used for staining as well, but is not installed with stain wiping brushes (can be added after the spray machine later if staining is desired).
• The line can be used to spray all other cabinet components (sides, shelves, etc.). A spray line allows you to cover the edges as well as the top at the same time.
• Roll coating has better transfer efficiency for flat parts and higher line speeds, but does not offer the flexibility of spraying, you also need to coat the edges separately.
• This line is fully automated in a number of ways.
• The line allows you to load the feed, and the laser eye automatically reads the height of the workpieces, and automatically adjusts the height of the wire sander and the spray machine to ensure the optimum adjustments for both.
