• X-Axis is CNC controlled and rack and pinion driven for rapid acceleration / deceleration of the work unit
• The Y and Z axis are defined by mechanical digital counters.
• Total of (8) "quick change" pneumatic holdings.
• Horizontal anchor door and integrated drilling in (1) station;
  • The anchor drive unit is located next to the drilling station;
  • Both units are mounted on (1) bracket. -
  • The 3,000 / 5,000 / 8,000 RPM horizontal drill spindle can be configured for a length of 6-8mm or 10mm, 25-50mm.
• The management position includes:
  • Vibrating hopper with drop device and outlet tube, insertion head and pipe with air impulse;
  • The diameter of the mechanical anchor and the control of the ankle length prevent the insertion of oversized anchors;
  • Installation for 8 mm in diameter.
  • 35 mm long anchors.
  • The valve / chute quantity is software controlled and can be adjusted in milliseconds;
  • 2 separate standard 1-1 / 2 gallon stainless steel pressurized tubs for glue or water for an occasional rinse cycle.
