Bouveteuse with pinch roller which allows to make males / females on the longer pieces.

• This system includes a 21 foot long by 5 foot wide cross bar conveyor.
• Bar spacing is available at 12 "or 8" center to center.
• The material is placed between the crossbars at the input end of the machine. Although the random length parts are fed, the material is positioned by perpendicular roller conveyors before the two machining centers. A third roller conveyor takes care of the side exit. Roller conveyors are 24 ”wide and are integrated into the transport table. The system is also equipped with a motorized pinch roller to reorient workpieces over 60 inches before the second machining center.
• The base system is powered by a 3 HP variable speed primary drive from 20 to 60 feet per minute.
• The tongue and groove machining centers are equipped with a square saw. The tongue station has a bottom and top groove, while the groove station has a groove. The 5 core saws and rails are powered by 3 HP shaft motors. When entering one of the machining centers, the material is pushed against the hold pressure for justification against the top of the board.
