Capable of handling materials up to 8 "high X 12" wide, the Model 5400 Hangman Bandsaw can be used as a single unit or as part of a multiple head system. The top feed system, in conjunction with the heavy duty 8 foot hardened steel table top, transports or provides positive feed both in and out of the blade. The system is hydraulically powered for smooth and steady feed at varying speeds. A 2-inch-wide Lennox belt, tensioned by a pneumatic governor, incorporates a unique outer bearing design for the shaft of the shaft, resulting in a more stable platform for the drive wheels. Optional equipment includes a ProScale digital display with motorized up and down height adjustment.
