The Newman 100 HP Chipper is a horizontal feed chipper designed to convert wood waste into quality agricultural litter chips of uniform size and thickness.<\/p>\n
The machine comes with a 24\u2033 (610mm) diameter cutterhead with 16 rows of cutters, carbide cutters for ease of maintenance, OSHA guards, variable feed speed and cutter head motor. Superior efficiency totally enclosed fan cooled cutter.<\/p>\n
The Newman chipping machine will simultaneously process wood of varying width, thickness and length. It is capable of producing chips from materials up to 5\u2033 (127mm) thick and 13\u2033 (330mm) wide.<\/p>\n
The chipping machine will process wood slabs with or without bark,<\/p>\n
A vibrating conveyor normally feeds the chipping machine. Properly fed material is converted into chips in a single pass, with the chips being discharged from the exit end. Chips can be evacuated by a pneumatic conveying system or simply blown out of the machine.<\/p>\n
