\nPreparation of the part for additional surface treatment.

\nThe DiscMaster works with 16 discs which no longer oscillate but rotate eccentrically. The advantages are firstly a significantly longer sanding time thanks to three rows of discs. This increased sanding intensity is of the utmost importance for sanding wood. Second, the eccentric rotation of the discs ensures that the sanding bands reach even the smallest of moldings. An additional blurring effect is also obtained on the surface. Last but not least, you get a uniform break of the side edges, regardless of the feed rate.<\/p>\n
The two large counter-rotating rollers which follow guarantee a uniform finish in the direction of feed.<\/p>\n
