\nComes with a Doucet return conveyor
\nMachine model and configuration:
\nIMA Advantage 500 L Edgebander with 2 coil magazine, 2010 Model<\/p>\n

- For coil edge tape (both PVC and WOOD) for up to 3mm thick with corner rounding
\n- Automatic change over between thin and thick tape set-ups
\n- ICOS Touch Screen Controller
\n- Axis controlled thickness adjustment
\n- Speed: max 20 m \/ min
\n- Top pressure via a double V belt drive instead of rubber wheels
\n- Pre-milling unit for trimming the panel edge before glueing (both motors are jump type and 4.0 kW each)
\n- Anti-stick solvent applicator
\n- Infra-red edge heater for heating the panel edge
\n- Glue applicator with closed gearbox drive system and pre-melter
\n- Automatic granule feeder
\n- 2 coil Edgetape magazine
\n- End trimming unit, with 2 x 0.66 kW motors (pneumatically tilted), working from top
\n- Top and bottom milling unit - Rough (2 x 1.0 kW motors)
\n- 4-motor fine milling and corner rounding unit
\n- Profile Scraping unit
\n- Flat scraper unit - new style, with shoes
\n- Cleaning agent applicator
\n- Buffers
\n- Complete with tooling for thin and 3mm edge tape
