It comprises a main conveyor equipped with transverse bars with machining centers arranged on each side of this conveyor. Two roller conveyors embedded in the main conveyor ensure the placement of the boards during their movement to the machining centers. A third roller conveyor is used for the evacuation of the boards at the exit of the bouveteuse.<\/p>\n
It is designed to machine the tenon or the mortise on the ends of the boards. Machining centers include squaring saws and other blades for machining the top and bottom of the tenon as well as the mortise. These blades are machined by turning in the same direction as the movement of the boards. This working method prevents the back part of the boards from shattering.<\/p>\n
The GPS model can also machine "Clic" type self-locking joints.<\/p>\n
